PTE for Engineering · Netherlands
Here's the government's PTE position for the Netherlands, and how to confirm your profession's English requirement.
We don't yet publish a verified PTE figure for civil engineer registration in the Netherlands. The body that regulates the profession there sets its own requirements — which may not involve PTE at all — so confirm directly before you book a test, and see the government's wider PTE position below.
PTE Academic is accepted by many Dutch universities for their English-taught programmes (the Netherlands was an early mover in English-medium study), where the institution accepts it. For work, practising a regulated profession in the Netherlands generally requires Dutch-language proficiency and recognition of your qualifications rather than a PTE score.
